Healthy Living Yoga Values:

Inclusivity –  Everybody is welcome. Every person belongs.

Authenticity –
We teach with honesty, compassion, and lived experience.

Mind–Body Connection –
We honour yoga’s roots and its power to align breath, body, and mind.

Trauma Sensitivity – We hold space with awareness of agency, gentleness, and respect for lived experiences.

Community – We create a safe space for connection, friendship and shared wellbeing.

Empowerment – We assist people to remember their natural state of grounded, calm connection and centredness to allow their best version of themselves to shine.

At Healthy Living Yoga, we are passionate about making yoga accessible and inclusive.

Healthy Living Yoga is a veteran owned and operated business that provides dramatic positive change in peoples physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

We will create a community of like-minded people with strong social networks and inclusivity.

We want to empower people to explore the range of benefits that yoga has to offer, after all yoga means union of the mind, the body and the breath and it has been around for thousands of years for a simple truth – it works. See it for yourself.
